Our Principal, Ira Lazic immigrated to the United States from Albania following the country’s collapse in the early nineties. She is fluent in five foreign languages and has extensive experience in various industries. She spent a decade and a half in the Federal Bureau of Investigation where she utilized her communication and analytical skills toward enhancing American national security. Ira Lazic is a senior executive with a wide breadth of strategic planning, human resource management,  building translation, interpretation and language instruction programs, intelligence review, analysis, and exploitation, as well as policy development and community engagement. She is also a certified Alternative Dispute Mediator with vast expertise in conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, coaching, risk management, and continuity of operations with a proven track record in both, the private and public sectors.
